Shipping 

Shipping costs primarily cover the cost of postage, but also include the cost of packaging materials and time. If your order costs less to pack & ship, I reimburse overages over $4

 It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the address is correct, and that the purchase is going to a secure location. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Items usually ship within 2-4 days from my studio here in Chittenango, NY.

Returns

I take great care in packing your work so it does not break , occasionally pieces are broken during shipping. Please notify me  immediately regarding work damaged in shipping, so that it may be reported to the shipper. Please email me images of the damaged piece, all the packaging, and keep all packing materials. You will be refunded in full for your purchase if the piece arrives damaged in any way. 

I would like you to be happy with your pottery purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please email me within five days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for prompt, safe return of work and return shipping costs. Once I recieve the piece back I will to refund for the price of the item only. Postage is not refunded. 

 I cannot replace ware damaged from use.

Color & Dimensions
The item pictured is the exact pot available for purchase. I do my best to take photos portraying the actual color and quality of each item, as well as list the approximate dimensions (within ¼  inch ). Please take the time to read the dimensions before purchasing, and drop me an email if you still have questions. Note, computer screens can alter the actual colors.
